Accomodation
Waiora Scout Camp is situated in the Silverstream valley, 14 kilometres from Dunedin. The camp is surrounded by 35 hectares of native bush and parklands, and has access to the adjoining Silverpeaks countryside.
The camp's facilities include: The Memorial Training Centre, large conference hall with a self-contained kitchen and bunk rooms to accommodate 36 people. There are five cabins each with two bunk rooms capable of holding eight people and a separate kitchen and living room. The Troop Den, with self-contained kitchen, toilet, and shower facilities, and a bunk room to accommodate two people. There is also an outdoor chapel, established campfire site and confidence course
